Your new role
You will provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive, including diary, email, and travel management, other duties are as follows:
2. Act as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive’s office, managingmunications and follow-ups
3. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and speaking engagements
4. Supporternance functions including Board and sumittee meetings, papers, and minutes
5. Manage trustee recruitment, induction, andpliance withernance frameworks
6. Overseeernance registers, policies, and theernance budget
What you'll need to succeed
Key requirement for this role: Proven experience in a position providing executive support at senior leadership, C-Suite level.
7. Excellent organisational andmunication skills, with strong attention to detail
8. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
9. Experience supportingernance functions and working with Boards or trustees
10. Confident using digital tools for remote working and collaboration
11. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
