Technician - Mercedes-Benz Hertford An exciting opportunity has become available at Mercedes-Benz Hertford for a vehicle Technician. On Offer Basic Salary between £32,000 and £38,000 DOE uncapped OTE (£60,000) Bonus is based on productivity on a weekly basis, £30.00 for hitting productivity and then £12,50 for every hour above. The average bonus is between £450 and £650 per month if you hit the productivity percentage. Life assurance with the option to increase cover The Job Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. About You You will be a Level 3 qualified technician with experience working within a main dealer Full UK Driving Licence Happy to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail Our Process When applying, please include a full current CV with your current salary outlined and notice period.
