Job Title: 2x Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist / Art Therapist Banding: Band 7 Location: Lewisham Kaleidoscope, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Start Date: ASAP End Date: TBC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking two experienced and compassionate Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapists or Art Therapists to join the CAMHS team at Lewisham Kaleidoscope, part of the South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. These locum roles involve delivering specialist therapeutic interventions to young people and supporting a diverse caseload within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic interventions including CBT, IPT-A, and Art Therapy to children and adolescents Independently manage a caseload of young people with complex mental health needs Participate in the duty rota twice a month (or more if required) • Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings Offer clinical support and guidance to colleagues Conduct ADHD assessments and apply trauma-informed approaches Requirements Professional qualification in CBT or Art Therapy HCPC registration (required for Art Therapists) or equivalent accreditation for CBT Therapists Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within CAMHS Proven skills in ADHD assessment and trauma-based interventions Strong communication and clinical reasoning abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Why Pulse?
