You will be working on domestic contracts for local authorities / councils across the Essex area, ranging from Romford, Southend to Colchester. Experience working within council properties and undertaking bathroom / wetroom fitting is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Complete bathroom and wetroom fitting - refurbishments / installations from start to finish across residential projects. Ranging from: shower units and baths through to tiling, plastering, boxing-in pipework and finishes. * Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare the space for new installations. * Ensure that all works meet specification, are completed to a high standard, and are left tidy and professional. * Adhere to all health & safety requirements, risk assessments, safe working practices, and keep clean, safe and professional working areas at all times.
