We are looking for people who are experienced in their field and who genuinely take a pride in their work.We offer a competitive salary and inclusion in the company bonus scheme.More About YouOur Joiner must have a full UK driving license and be comfortable using computers/tablets which will be relied on to manage job reports. Full training on our computer software will be provided.As a Joiner, your responsibilities will include:Perform first fix carpentry tasks, including framing and structural workExecute second fix carpentry, including fitting doors, windows, and skirting boardsInstall repair and maintain fire doors in compliance with safety regulationsMeasure and cut materials to precise specificationsEnsure all work adheres to industry standards and safety guidelinesTroubleshoot and resolve carpentry related issues on-siteMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionAssist junior and apprentice team members in developing their skillsAssist the team in general maintenance tasks as requiredUse our time tracking and diary management app to update job progress, including taking detailed notes and pictures as required.Adhere to your booked jobs by reviewing your diary and driving as required to the next locationDrive a company vehicle as required to attend your jobs across the northeast.Always adhere strictly to our required standards of quality and health and safety.Engage clients in a professional and polite manner, and gather positive feedback reviewsAs a Joiner you will require the following Qualifications/Licenses:Driving Licence (required)Level 3 NVQ in joinery or equivalentHours of work:40 hours per week to be carried out between 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.TOIL and overtime available to suit the needs of the business.We operate an out of hours on call rota, with each operative required to be on call two weeks per year.TPBN1_UKTJ
