GSL Education are searching for a committed Behaviour Support professional to work within a supportive school setting in Darlington, helping pupils overcome behavioural barriers and succeed in their education As Behaviour Support, you will support learners needing extra guidance by promoting positive behaviour, building trust, and creating a calm, structured environment where every pupil feels supported. Key Duties of Behaviour Support: Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support Implement behaviour management strategies consistently Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills Work collaboratively with staff and families to promote positive outcomes Monitor progress and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs Strong communication and de-escalation skills Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a motivated Behaviour Support professional ready to make a lasting impact in Darlington, we welcome your application.
