I am looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a manufacturer to manage customers in trade and online distribution sectors, as well as direct customers within the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for managing and maximising existing and new customer relationships across the south of the UK and achieving revenue targets through the selling of products and services.

Job Description
1. Customer Engagement: Visiting industrial clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships based on the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
2. Strategic Relationship Building: Nurturing customer relationships through regular meetings, creating tailored strategies for each key client to align with their goals, and identifying new growth opportunities.
3. Sales and Business Development: Meeting revenue targets by promoting products and services, leveraging cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
4. Analysis, Reporting, and Collaboration: Conducting customer data analysis, reporting on sales performance, and working closely with internal teams like product development, logistics, and marketing.
5. Industry Expertise and Travel: Building deep knowledge of client industries and committing to extensive travel for client meetings, sales offices, HQ visits, and industry events.
