The Role
As Sales Director for D2D, you will set the strategy and direction for one of the organisation’s most important growth areas. This is a senior leadership role focused on building and developing a high-performing sales team, driving sustainable growth, and shaping how the D2D proposition is positioned in the market.
There is no individual sales quota. Success is measured by team performance, strategic execution, and market impact. You will work closely with the executive team and play a key role in wider business transformation.
What you’ll do
* Own and deliver the sales strategy for Direct-to-Desk
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Drive collaboration across marketing, product, operations, and customer success
* Develop strong relationships with enterprise clients and partners
* Support and enable C-suite level selling

* Proven experience leading B2B sales teams, ideally in tech or service-led environments

Salary up to £100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus
