About the Role
* Provide generalist or Employee Relations Specialist HR support to a wide range of different clients, thriving on the variety of strategic HR, to transactional HR.
* Work collaboratively with businesses helping them to achieve their people strategy and offer pragmatic and clear advice and guidance.
* Advise and implement up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation
* Manage conflicting priorities.
About You
* Ability to manage and guide on complex employee relations issues, generalist HR, strategic HR, and transactional HR.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with clients, and to explore HR issues thoroughly.
* Ability to write complex employee relation management statement of cases, and HR letters without the reliance of template letters.
* Ability to provide clear HR advice and assistance.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly.
* Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting.
