Treasury Lead – Crypto/Fintech | Fully Remote
Location: Remote (Must be UK Based)
Salary: Up to £110,000 depending on experience
Are you an ACA-qualified finance professional with a background in practice and post-qualified experience in crypto, fintech, VC, or high-growth tech? Looking to build something from the ground up?
We are working with a fast-scaling, global digital asset platform to appoint a Head of Treasury in their team. This role is fully remote, highly autonomous, and best suited to individuals who thrive in start-up culture and enjoy building infrastructure, processes and relationships from scratch.
Role:
* Designing and managing secure, scalable wallet infrastructure
* Establishing treasury processes and controls across fiat and crypto
* Managing crypto liquidity, payments, and custody
* Working with offshore structures (e.g. Cayman, BVI)
* Building bank relationships (traditional and crypto-native) in complex regulatory environments
* Leading risk oversight: FX, counterparties, asset concentration
* Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, operations and product teams
* Delivering accurate treasury reporting to leadership
Experience:
* ACA qualified, practice trained (Big Four or Top 10 preferred)
* Treasury Post-qualified experience in industry (ideally crypto, fintech, VC or tech)
* Direct exposure to or deep interest in crypto-native operations
* Familiarity with offshore or international entities
* Experience building financial infrastructure or treasury frameworks
* Understanding of wallet structures, stablecoins, custody models
* Comfortable with ambiguity, remote work, and autonomy
* Strong knowledge of financial controls, KYC/AML, and compliance frameworks
