Responsibilities
1. Drive delivery of multiple projects across a global programme of work, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
2. Partner with Operations to define and execute the target operating model.
3. Implement programmeernance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
4. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Document and deliver strategic business requirements with measurable benefits and KPIs.
6. Oversee testing, UAT, and cross-functional delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Deliver clear updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.
8. Provide subject matter expertise and coach junior team members as required.
Skills & Experience
9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
10. Strong understanding of global markets, ideally Fixed Ie.
11. Proven track record of process transformation and large-scale project delivery.
12. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
13. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
14. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; JIRA experience desirable.
15. Ability to leadplex front-to-back process reviews and drive oues.
