Exciting opportunity working with a friendly organisation who are implementing new systems and policies. This company are seeking someone office based Monday to Friday with an option to work one day from home once established.
CIPD qualification is required alongside minimum of two years undertaking similar role and duties as detailed below. This is a stand alone role that reports directly into the Managing Director.
You will have knowledge and experience of compliance, HR Administration and Payroll.
* Payroll including input of weekly and monthly payroll working to deadlines
* New starter info
* Checking payroll reports for discrepancy before payment run
* HMRC
* Maintenance of all personnel details
* Holidays and attendance
* Right to work documentation
* Recruitment process from advertisement to interview to onboarding
* Disciplinary support to Management
* Performance management (supporting Department Managers)
* Deal with any employee issues
* HR Admin including offer letters and contracts
* Arranging training
* Assisting in planning company events for staff
