🚗 The Role
* We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Territory Account Manager to help grow our footprint across either Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh) or North Yorkshire / Teesside / County Durham.
* This is an exciting, hands-on field sales role where you’ll build and manage relationships with independent retailers — including convenience stores, vape shops, symbol groups, and the on-trade (pubs, bars, clubs, etc.).
* You’ll start by focusing on new business development, introducing retailers to our leading brands and activating accounts through merchandising and in-store promotions. As you build your territory, you’ll transition into account management, nurturing and growing your customer base for long-term success.
* This is a fully remote, field-based role that offers variety, autonomy, and real opportunity to make your mark in a fast-growing business.

We’re after someone driven, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused — a natural relationship builder who loves being out in the field.
You’ll need:
✅ At least 12 months of B2B field sales experience
✅ Experience selling into independent retailers (sector flexible)
✅ Strong communication and closing skills
✅ A self-motivated, organised approach to remote work
✅ A full UK driving licence

* £32,000–£34,000 base salary
* Uncapped bonus (realistic OTE £38,000–£40,000+, with high performers earning more)
