Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Educator, your role will include:
* Assisting in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Taking on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families
* Tracking and reporting on children’s progress through observations and assessments
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
* Experience working with children under 5
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique
* Strong communication and organizational skills
You may have previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
