We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12 per hour Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. Who will you be supporting?
We are two vibrant, fun-loving females aged 36 and 42 with big personalities and even bigger smiles. They love getting involved in their community and enjoy spending time with the people around them.
A Little About Our Needs
Both individuals face a few daily challenges, including:

19. Cerebral Palsy
20. Learning disabilities
They are both wheelchair users, but with the right support, they continue to live fulfilling, engaging, and active lives.

22. What activities do we to do? – Horse riding – Netflix – Colouring in - Jigsaws
23. What are our interests? – One lady is very interested in twilight and sharks and one enjoys playing games with staff and likes to beat them at connect 4! Another lady enjoys her horse riding and going out as much as possible she like going to Asda, robin park or the concourse.

24. How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? 1-2 depending on 1-1 hours
25. What shifts do you work on? 9-4/4-10 sleep 9-3/3-10 sleep 10-2 1-1 hours
