We're looking for a dynamic and driven GM to take the reins of a very busy, independent fresh food pub in Fordingbridge. Location: Fordingbridge Salary: £40,000-£45,000 bonus tips (£5-8k) Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 48 hours per week About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving business turning over £3 million per year. You'll be at the heart of a high-volume operation, driving standards, team performance, and guest experience.
