A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Military Injury Solicitor to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis. Role Overview: This position is suitable for legal professionals with 3 to 5 years’ PQE, preferably with experience in military claims and knowledge of the intricacies involved in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence and applications/appeals in relation to the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme and Armed Forces Pension Schemes. The role is high profile and politically sensitive. The military claim types will include defective equipment, training injuries, cold injuries, assaults, bullying/harassment and discrimination, AFCS claims and noise induced hearing loss claims. Key Responsibilities: • Role is that of Associate to avoid people under qualifying applying.
