Who We’re Looking For
* Someone who can handle pace, pressure, and multiple live processes
* A team player who contributes to the wider business, not just their own desk

* Independent thinkers, we trust you to make decisions and value your input
* Strong client managers, comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle
* Consultants with experience in (or a clear path toward) a Managing Consultant role
* Experienced 360 consultants, or strong 180s ready to step up into a full 360 role
