Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is one of the largest and busiest Level 2 units in London, caring for babies born at 27 weeks gestation. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment for these tiny neonates to grow, thrive, and develop. The unit comprises 32 cots, including 3 intensive, 8 high dependency, and 21 special care cots, managing a wide range of medical cases within diverse boroughs.
At BHRUT, we have a dedicated multidisciplinary team maintaining high standards of neonatal care. The team includes Neonatologists, Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, neonatal community outreach services, and a dedicated Education Team providing clinical training and support. We also collaborate closely with allied health professionals to deliver family-centered and psychosocial care.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, hardworking, and positive Neonatal Qualified Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and promote the well-being of our babies and their families.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be responsible for caring for a group of babies within the Neonatal Unit independently, utilizing and developing specialist skills to deliver assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care. They will actively participate in managing the clinical area.

* RN/RCN with current degree-level registration
* Neonatal qualification QIS and NLS
* NLS Provider
Skills/Abilities
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritize workload
* Enhanced Neonatal skills or working towards them
* Evidence of research and audit
