The role We are working with a supportive 11–19 secondary school seeking a Pastoral Mentor to support students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or social support to access learning successfully. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pastoral care, SEMH support, youth work, or mentoring, who can provide consistency, empathy, and structure for young people across KS3–KS5.
