We are looking for a full time Electricianto join the technical response team, where you will work on theLoughborough University’s East Midlands Campus.
In this role, you will be completing worksfor students, staff, Academics, Visitors and Tenants across thecampus and our team are looking for a polite, friendly andenthusiastic individual, to step into this role and help todeliver our excellent maintenance team service.
You will work with a large team ofelectricians to help ensure all PPM programmes, both planned andreactive works are delivered to budget and on time. Our widermaintenance team is multiskilled and you will work alongsideMaintenance Operatives, Plumbers, Joiners and Painters.
Jobs can be varied and will be delivered toyour tablet and mobile phone via Archibus, our online workallocation tool. You will be expected to manager your ownworkload via this app, while working alongside the team. We areteam players at Loughborough – and are looking for an individualthat shares the same work ethic.
You will conduct risk assessments in linewith your duties and ensure you follow all Health and SafetyTraining and policies and procedures to keep all those who workand live on the campus safe.
You will be provided with a uniform and therelevant PPE to complete this role, with access to a universityowned vehicle to commute to buildings across campus, and theonsite storeroom will provide you easy access to equipment andtools.
KeyRequirements

* Substantial experience of deliveringelectrical maintenance services on a large customer-basedlocation
