What will you be doing
* Provide a positive practice role model, ensuring Grandir UK values are maintained
* Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents and children
* Supervise and support children at all times
* Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
* Ensure any changes to policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to within required timescales
* Ensure the nursery’s provision meets the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures and operational practices
* Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
* Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
