Job Title: Credit Controller
White Horse Employment is collaborating with a thriving business based in Yeovil to find a suitable candidate for the role of Credit Controller. This company is experiencing a busy period, offering an engaging work environment. The role provides exposure to the wider finance function beyond credit control.
This position initially is temporary with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end credit control process and some sales ledger tasks. You will handle sending out sales invoices, chasing outstanding debts, and providing reports for month-end procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sending overdue invoice reminders
2. Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
3. Allocating incoming cash to the correct customer accounts
4. Raising credit notes as required
5. Assisting in month-end reporting
6. Supporting the wider finance team as needed
