What You’ll Be Doing: - Creating strong relationships with a network of financial advisers - Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities - Leading telephone-based outreach to open new accounts and grow existing ones - Cold calling, following up on marketing leads, and attending industry events - Scheduling meetings for your Senior BDMs (Zoom, phone, or face-to-face) - Delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way - Keeping CRM (Salesforce) up to date and using data to guide your activity - Staying informed on market regulations and product knowledge - Hitting quarterly and annual performance goals What You’ll Bring ✅ A clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills ✅ Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of exceeding Sales targets ✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach ✅ Legally eligible to work in the UK ✅ GCSEs A–C in Maths & English (or equivalent) Your Development Matters You'll be required to: Fully engage with all internal training opportunities Complete a personal development plan with your manager Discuss and undertake a professional qualification within your first 12 months Evolve product and market knowledge with on the job learning This role is based in Nottingham with a competitive salary and benefits package
