Pay: £83–£95 per day (PAYE – no umbrella)

This is not a back-of-the-classroom kind of job. You’ll be on your feet, in the thick of it, helping young people navigate challenge and grow from it.
What the role involves
1. Supporting pupils with complex behaviour and emotional needs
2. Modelling calm, positive routines—especially in moments of dysregulation
3. Working closely with teachers and behaviour teams
4. Building real trust, even when that takes time
