The role
We're looking for a Senior Consultant to define new enterprise services, governance models and service structures that will form the foundation of a ServiceNow-enabled Enterprise Service Management operating model. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a major transformation programme.
What you'll do
- Define enterprise services and service structures across the organisation
- Create service definitions and ownership models
- Develop governance frameworks to underpin the ESM operating model
- Define service KPIs and SLA
- Produce ServiceNow-ready service catalogue input

Must-have experience
- Proven experience defining enterprise services and service structure
- Service catalogue design and governance frameworks

- Exposure to HR and/or Finance functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels
