Job Description
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Year 1 students in line with the national curriculum
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff
* Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and motivation
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate educational activities and events
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Education or relevant field
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Experience working with Year 1 students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Specialist training in early years education
Working Conditions:
* Full-time temporary position
* Working hours may vary, but generally follow the school's schedule
* Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
