Key Responsibilities:

Opening new files and managing instructions on the case management system
*
Producing letters, documents, and updating case records
*
Issuing contracts and assisting with replies to enquiries
*
Ordering searches, handling exchanges, and setting up completions
*
Issuing mortgage reports and managing client communications
*
General administration including filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving
What You’ll Need:

12+ months’ conveyancing experience in sales and purchases

Experience in a fast-paced property team
