Job Description
The Parts Sales Representative will drive B2B sales growth within a well‑established automotive parts programme, focusing on selling original automotive components to garages. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing sales activities, promoting manufacturer initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Duties
* B2B Sales is the primary focus of this role – planning, managing, and implementing sales activities.
* Promoting and communicating manufacturer promotions.
* Identifying new customers.
* Preparing and using sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
* Growing the business customer database to ensure long‑term growth of sales operations.
* Ensuring high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty.
* Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
* Planning workload to maximise opportunities.
Experience Required
* Experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer, and a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
* Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver the highest level of customer service.
* Driven to consistently meet and exceed customer needs, close deals effectively, and develop parts sales within an existing customer base and new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
