What You'll Be Doing:
Owning and delivering the end-to-end test strategy for retail and corporate systems
Leading test activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring early and effective QA involvement
Managing and maintaining in-house test labs supporting the retail terminal network
Tracking test progress and quality KPIs — turning data into insight and action
Introducing new testing approaches, tools and innovations (including AI-driven techniques)
Building, leading and mentoring a high-performing QA team
Championing collaboration across functions and fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders
Main Skills Needed:
Proven experience in test management across retail and business systems
Solid grasp of software testing across the lifecycle — including automation and performance testing
Strong understanding of quality KPIs and how to forecast trends
Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
Confidence under pressure and a clear focus on delivery
Team leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive style
