Joining the business as a Director of Analytics, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team and be responsible for the businesses data strategy and execution across data science, insights, analytics engineering, and market research.
Provide strategic direction and vision for analytics, insights, data science and market research teams
Work with the C-suite to help role out and align data initiatives within the business. These may span across marketing, commercial, product development, and customer experience
Help deploy predictive models to help develop customer personalisation
Previously driven change in a business and championed data initiatives
Ideally looked after a multi-discipline team in terms of different areas of data (engineering, data science, product management)
