Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing leadership and direction to care staff within the home.
* Ensure all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.
* Act as a team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Behave with integrity, transparency and respect towards residents, families and colleagues.
Qualifications
1. SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care.
2. Previous experience working in elderly and dementia care.
3. Good communication and team player skills.
4. Kindness and integrity as core values.
