Be part of Nottinghamshire Police's Finance Team as a Systems Support Officer!
What you'll be doing:
As a Systems Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Reporting Manager and delivering a high-quality, professional service contributing towards the development and functionality of financial systems.
The successful candidate will ensure processes and data are protected whilst acting as first line support dealing with customer requests and providing general advice and guidance to resolve problems and proactively identify issues.

Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Ability to analyse, check and monitor data accurately
* Ability to present reports confidently and influence stakeholders
* Ability to identify data requirements for developing statistical reports
* Ability to develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
* Ability to develop and manage databases using Microsoft Suite applications
* Ability to develop logical solutions and demonstrate creativity and innovation
* Experience in providing system administration support
* Experience in using reporting systems within a complex organisation
* Experience with a variety of IT applications, including Business Objects, Power BI and Excel
* Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
Education/Qualifications:
* Must have NQ Level 3 in English and Maths or be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in spelling, sentence composition, numeracy and analytical skills
