We're looking for dedicated Tutors with experience supporting learners with a range of needs to join our growing team. About the Role: Work with learners from Primary to Post-16 age groups. Deliver bespoke English and Maths sessions tailored to individual needs. Support students with a variety of challenges including: SEN SEMH needs Trauma PMLD Global Learning Delay ASD, ADHD, PDA Medical needs and moreAs a Tutor, you will: Deliver tailored English and Maths sessions to meet individual learner needs. Plan and prepare bespoke learning activities that are engaging and accessible. Adapt your teaching style to suit each learner's unique challenges and strengths. Build positive, trusting relationships with young people to support their educational progress. Uphold safeguarding and professional standards at all times. About you: Experience working with learners with SEN and complex needs. Confidence in planning and delivering tailored sessions in English and Maths. Flexibility to work part-time or full-time during school hours (Monday to Friday) or after school (fewer opportunities) A compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach to tuition.Position -Tutor Contract or position start date - ASAP Contract or position end date (if applicable) - N/A Full time/part-time - Varied Hours - Various/ flexible hours Essential & Desirable Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people Experience of working with learners with SENTo be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must: Hold right to work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide references upon request Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
