If you can think outside the box when trying new things you might be the new part‑time (16 hours per week) Support Practitioner we are looking for.</p><h3>The role and the individual you will support</h3><p>Working as part of our small team you’ll be supporting a young lady who loves nothing more than staying active. From taking part in social activities to going to night clubs and themed ‘Come Dine With Me’ events with her friends, there is never a dull moment. You’ll be providing practical and emotional 1:1 support within her home and support while out in the community. By taking a person‑centred approach, you will get to know the lady we support, encourage independence and help her recognise her potential.
