The Role:
\nYou will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
\n• Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
\n• Landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licenses
\n• Commercial developments and site acquisitions
\n• Property finance and secured lending
\n• Advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers
\n\n
The Ideal Candidate:
\n• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property
\n• Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing
\n• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n• Capable of managing a varied caseload independently
\n• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
