Role Overview
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market through on-the-job training. You will also receive extensive professional sales training to develop essential skills. Activities include customer breakfasts, external events, supplier trade days, and more. The scheme aims to cultivate future managers and support business growth.
