(approx £40-50k basic, plus comm) Key responsibilities as Technical Sales Manager: Achieving targets and securing product specifications on architectural projects. Promoting products through client engagement, events, demos, and presentations. Providing technical support, quotations, orders, and project tracking from concept to completion. Managing POS/ERP systems for estimates, invoicing, payments, and reporting. Attending trade shows, maintain industry network, and monitor market trends. Collaborating internally to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service. Were looking for a Technical Sales Manager with: Bachelors degree in Sales, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. Extensive technical sales experience in building products. Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and reading construction drawings. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong confidence driving.
