Your new role As a Third in Charge / Room Lead, you'll work closely with the management team to create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where children can thrive. You'll take an active role in planning, delivering, and evaluating high‑quality learning experiences, while supporting the team to maintain the highest standards of care and education. You will be based in the pre school room within the nursery. This role is a great opportunity for a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader who is looking to take the next step up in their professional development.
