* Salary: £23,000 – £25,500 (North Yorkshire County Council Scale)

* Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 (Monday–Friday)
Detailed Responsibilities
* Inquiry Management: Handling a wide variety of queries from parents and students, ranging from lost property to complex transport inquiries.
* Digital Communication: Assisting with parent notifications via text and email systems (e.g., ParentMail) to keep our community informed.
* Safe Guarding Vigilance: Ensuring the reception area is secure at all times, monitoring the main gates and upholding all child protection policies.
* Hospitality: Managing meeting room bookings for the Headteacher and arranging refreshments for visitors and governors' meetings.
