Housing Officer - Internal Only (Intensive Housing Management Team)
1x permanent position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £33,879 per annum, rising to £37,548 per annum after key competencies of the role are met.
Tai Tarian is growing, and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Officer to join us. You'll be joining our team at a pivotal moment as this is without out doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidates will work proactively with our contract holders, undertake case management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our service is delivered.
Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role will manage caseloads by organising work effectively for the service.
This role will provide technical knowledge of Housing Management within defined guidelines, processes and procedures, internally to managers and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and service providers, building partnerships with other organisations and agencies.
To be successful in the role of Housing Officer our new team member will be educated to Level 4/HNC in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will also require a satisfactory DBS check upon appointment.
