About the Role
Halewood Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality Geography lessons and inspire students across the curriculum in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across relevant key stages
Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
Track student progress and support positive outcomes
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)
Is passionate about Geography and student engagement
Has strong behaviour management and organisational skills
Is reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards
