Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor. Uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to meet various preferences, our team engages with customers daily to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Many products are made with natural ingredients and sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes, helping communities build better lives.
As a Consultant, you will offer expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and engage proactively with customers to find solutions that suit their lifestyle and preferences.

* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is a plus

* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
