Job Description
We are seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to start your career in tech, gaining knowledge and qualifications to grow professionally.
You will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide, providing support via contact center and ticketing systems. Training will be provided, and you will learn troubleshooting, ticket management, technical documentation, and support for hardware/software.
This role is based in the office, following a shift pattern between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends on a 1 in 4 basis.
Qualifications
* No prior experience needed; passion for IT and eagerness to develop skills required.
* Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
* Logical and calm problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to manage and prioritize workload proactively.
* Experience in customer service or retail/warehouse environment is a plus but not essential.
