Job Description
Our client, an UHNWI based in Mayfair is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a very senior level of support covering both their business and private affairs. We are looking for a true right hand who is able to work at pace and is all over the detail. The successful EA must be highly organised, resilient and able to juggle a busy and forever changing workload.
Working from our clients home office, this role requires a vast amount of confidentiality so the successful candidate must have experience dealing with sensitive information at the highest level.
Duties will include:
* Diary management covering both business and personal
* Managing the internal database and updating contacts
* Meeting preparation and meeting notes
* Letter writing and reporting
* Extensive global travel booking and detailed itineraries
* Event management
* Project and general administration support
The successful EA must be extremely detail orientated, highly professional and discreet with prior EA support experience at C‑Suite level. Prior board support experience is also crucial for the smooth running of this role.
Due to our clients ever changing requirements, all applicants must be based within 30 minutes of Mayfair and with the flexibility to work around the clock when required.
