You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. What that means day to day Stakeholder Management & Influencing Partnering with hiring managers to define what great looks like - aligning on the skills, experience, and behaviours needed for success Acting as a trusted advisor, bringing insight, challenge, and expertise to hiring decisions and overall recruitment strategy Keeping stakeholders aligned and informed through clear, timely updates on progress and priorities Talent Sourcing & Market Expertise Developing smart, targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements and market insight Proactively building and nurturing high-quality talent pipelines across multiple specialisms Representing Veriforce at careers fairs, networking events, and hiring initiatives to attract and engage top talent Candidate Experience Delivering a standout, end-to-end candidate experience that reflects the quality of our brand Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, engaging, and consistent Recruitment Delivery & Process Management Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to offer and contract issuance, partnering closely with HR, Payroll and Onboarding teams Managing multiple roles effectively, balancing pace with quality and attention to detail Continuous Improvement Leading regular hiring reviews, using data, market insight, and feedback to refine and improve hiring approaches Contributing to wider talent initiatives that enhance team performance and delivery Continuously looking for smarter, more effective ways of working and developing your own expertise What you’ll need to be successful Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally with 3 years in either an in-house or 360 recruitment environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver against demanding timelines Experience defining role requirements and translating them into effective, targeted sourcing strategies A consistent focus on delivering a positive, engaging candidate journey from first interaction through to offer and onboarding Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships throughout the process A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance outcomes Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and stakeholders at different levels Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with agility and impact What you'll get in return We have a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the Cardiff office 3 days per week.
