A high-growth, institutionally backed AI infrastructure platform is seeking its first senior legal leader to build and lead the legal function from the ground up.

The Role
You will operate as a true generalist and strategic advisor, owning all legal, governance, and compliance matters across the business. Responsibilities will include:
* Leading on customer and supplier contracts (including MSAs)
* Supporting commercial and strategic transactions
* Overseeing governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
* Advising on corporate, employment, and financing matters
* Supporting infrastructure-related and operational legal issues
* Managing external counsel

Prior exposure to infrastructure, technology, or data centre environments is beneficial but not essential.
