The Role of Store Supervisor
Based at our Westwood Cross store, you will lead a small team of sales consultants, working closely with the store manager or management team to achieve store results and deliver an incredible customer experience.
Schedule: 16 hours per week, across 4 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both. Shift flex based on store needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support sales consultants to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
* Work closely with the store manager to achieve store results and maintain store presentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational standards.
* Assist in staff recruitment, training and performance management.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a retail supervisor, senior sales assistant or similar role.
* Strong people‑management skills and ability to lead by example.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable customer moments.
