Salary: £32,916-£45,352 per annum pro rata (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

At Heart of Supply, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Mixed Year 4/5 Teacher to join a welcoming Key Stage 2 team in a school based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. This Mixed Year 4/5 Teacher position is a full-time temporary role running from Easter through to July. The successful teacher will take on full planning responsibilities and will play an important part in supporting pupils’ progress throughout the term. What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching across KS2 (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
