Our client, a trusted partner to the UK Ministry of Defence, serves as the UK Service Lead for workplace and infrastructure services, ensuring a high-quality working environment for its Polish organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the IM Overseas Service Manager in overseeing planned and emerging service management activities across the international footprint.
* Collaborate with the Poland IM Team to ensure agile and effective IT service delivery.
* Partner with Poland and UK IM Service teams to identify and resolve IT requirements efficiently.
* Collaborate with IM UK Project teams to define business and IT requirements, contribute to service design, and support the implementation of new services for our clients Poland mission.
* Provide service assurance by managing incidents and requests for overseas users, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
* Raise and manage ITSM platform requests on behalf of overseas users, maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Assist IM Projects & Networks teams in delivering infrastructure and client services for overseas support and development initiatives.
* Liaise with the ISP (procurement) team to define, source, and deliver hardware/software to support IM Polands development activities.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to enable productive two-way communication.
* Drive service improvements that enhance agility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, while consistently meeting performance indicators and supporting successful delivery of Service Improvement Plans.

What do you need?:
* Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear, effective communication with our clients Poland team and UK-based service and supplier teams.
* Critically assess and evaluate IT requirements from our clients Poland IM team to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
* Manage service delivery expectations and ensure timely fulfilment of requests for the Poland IM Team and international customers.
* Serve as the key liaison between our clients Poland IM team and UK-based service teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective support.
* Demonstrate high-level customer service and care in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Apply strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills to drive collaborative outcomes.
* Leverage broad knowledge of IT technologies across IT Front Office services to support service delivery.
* Utilise sound understanding of service delivery processes and ITIL frameworks to ensure consistent service standards.
* Maintain readiness to travel internationally, including to Poland, at short or reasonable notice to support service operations.
* Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives, ensuring agility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
